HANNAH PALESE

From a young age I began learning the fine art of event planning. My mother is a private chef and taught me how to create memorable experiences for clients and their guests by giving focused attention to absolutely every detail. I have worked in the kitchen as her sous chef learning and understanding how to develop tasty dishes and event driven menus. I am also capable of researching and pairing the perfect wines with those menus in order to make informed recommendations to our clients. I have learned to appreciate the importance that proper lighting and candles, flowers and music can bring to setting the mood our clients want to achieve. I was also taught how to properly serve at table and have worked serving for my mother and for a catering company. In addition, I have worked as Lead Manager at catering events so I know exactly what is needed to accomplish creating An Event to Remember.

Personally, I was raised in California and that gave me plenty of opportunities to hike and paint, two of my favorite pastimes. I also love exploring museums and galleries and often get inspiration from these. My constant companion is the joy of my life, my rescue dog “Sophie”. She fills most of the phone storage on my phone! I love having friends and family over for dinner and trying new dishes. My favorite baker is Mary Berry and I am always working at perfecting one of  her beautiful baked desserts.

HAYLEY SINGLETON

I began my career as an event planner as a young person. My friends asked me to use my creative and tasteful talents to plan their weddings and engagement parties and I absolutely loved using my abilities to see their occasions were An Event to Remember. In addition, I was raised around event and party planning. My Mom is a Private Chef who often also entertained in our home. She taught me how to make gatherings memorable and enjoyable for everyone who attends. One of the most important things I learned from her was that it’s the little personal touches that make a world of difference. And, a successful event planner is a good listener. I strive to listen carefully to our clients so that our efforts fully accomplish their vision of the perfect event.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin but our family traveled all around the United States and I have also lived and worked in California, Florida, and New York. I now live in North Carolina with my wonderful husband and I have worked for years in the catering and hospitality industry. Further, I have amazing and happy memories of planning my own wedding. It was perfect and I bring my own passion for perfection to our clients events. At this point in my career, I truly love planning beautiful events, large and small, events certain to be happy memories.
